Shipping policy

Shipping Days and Cutoff Time

Orders will be shipped Monday through Wednesday in warm months (roughly April-October). As temperatures cool off we will resume fulfilling orders all weekdays.

Orders placed before 11:00 am CST will be packaged and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 am CST will be shipped out the following Monday in warm months.

Shipping Options

Ground generally arrives 2-4 business days from the ship date.
2nd-Day Air arrives 2 days from the ship date.
Next-Day Air generally arrives the day following the ship date.

All of our shipping is with UPS.

Shipping In Warm Weather/Climates

During warm months (and destinations of year-round heat) we include insulation and cold packs to ensure quality and freshness during transit. Retrieving your package quickly after delivery is also a very important step to minimize the chance of chocolates melting when sitting on a hot doorstep for extended periods. The insulation of our packaging is rated for 48 hours. Destinations that are outside of our 2-day ground shipping zone (from 54603 WI) require 2nd-Day Air shipping.

Ground shipping includes the following states: AR, CO, IL, IN, IA, ME, MI, MN, MT, ND, NE, NH, OH, SD, VT, WI.

2nd-Day Air locations include the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, ID, KS, KY, LA, MD, MA, MS, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WY.

Zones are based on a combination of transit times and temperatures. These zones will be monitored and are subject to change depending on forecasted temperatures.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We offer shipping to all other 48 contiguous states. We also do not ship to any P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping

We offer shipping to 10 Canadian Provinces which include: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan, and Yukon. Free shipping is not offered for orders shipped to Canada.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are determined by multiple factors including product weight and the destination of the package. We have negotiated with UPS to provide competitive rates that maximize savings.

Holidays

Our shipping facilities as well as UPS are closed on federal holidays and orders will not be shipped on these days.
